Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported on preparations for spring fieldwork and the state of the livestock breeding industry today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Kazan State Agrarian University completed a 72-hour advanced training course for beekeepers under the "Improving the Efficiency of Beekeeping Development" program. The course was moderated by Doctors of Agricultural Sciences and Professors Valentin Shilov and Vladimir Fomin.
Today, a working meeting with a Chinese delegation was held at the Ministry, chaired by Rustem Gainullov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also participating were Aidar Zaripov, Commercial Director of JSC RACIN, and Guzel Iskhakova, Director of OOO Proekt, the organizer of the Agrovolga-2026 exhibition.
A coordination meeting on the development of the Tatar horse breed was held at the N.E. Bauman Kazan Academy of Veterinary Medicine of Kazan State Agrarian University. The event was attended by Acting Rector of Kazan State Agrarian University Ilshat Nuriyev, Director of Kazan Hippodrome LLC Giyaz Idiyatullin, Head of the Animal Breeding and Reproduction Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Damir Minnebayev, Head of the Tatar Horse Breeding Center Ilnur Kamaldinov, and Associate Professor of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Feeding, and Zoohygiene Marina Sushentsova.
