He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

It was attended by First Deputy Minister Nail Zalakov, Deputy Ministers Lenar Garipov, Dmitry Yashin, Rafael Fattakhov, Marcel Makhmutov, Rishat Khabipov, heads of municipal districts, heads of agricultural departments.
