Concessional lending 2017 was discussed at a videoconferencing session

A videoconferencing session with participation of constituent entities of the Russian Federation concerning concessional lending in 2017 was held today by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Djambulat Khautov.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Deputy Minister Rishat Khabipov, Chairman at Tatarstan Association of Farmers and Farmsteads Kamiyar Baitemirov, representatives of banks also took part in the session.

“The highest-level leaders are going to increase the state support for concessional investment lending in the sphere of agriculture by 4 billion rubles, - reminded Djambulat Khautov. – As of today, we are sure that the subsidies, which are allocated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, are enough for support of farmers”.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation said that a lot of work to define the list of potential lenders in AIC sphere had been done in constituent entities of the country. “It was done to improve the quality of work, - said Djambulat Khautov. – We have 3 data bases: our own one and those which we received from regional ministries and banks. From September 1 through September 9, 2017, all agricultural producers of the country should conclude contracts and receive funds”.

After that, regional ministers of agriculture gave speeches, in which they presented detailed information concerning AIC organizations that were going to get concessional lending to implement investment projects.
