A videoconferencing session on concessional lending took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

A videoconferencing session on concessional lending in the Sphere of AIC took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan today. It was held by 1ST Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Djambulat Khautov. He stated that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation controls the procedure of concessional lending every day, especially concerning easy-term loans for small-size businesses.

Owing to additional funding amounted to 4 billion rubles to support concessional lending, it became possible to re-evaluate loan applications and to submit them to banks one again. Gjambulat Khautov listened to the information from different regions concerning top-priority investment projects, to implement which it is necessary to raise easy-term loans.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov reported on the situation on Tatarstan lending market. He noted that banks processed 43 applications but all of them were dismissed.

“As of today, 25 applications out of those which had been dismissed earlier are valid. They will be submitted to banks once again with the aim to receive easy-term loans. Beside these ones, 3 more applications amounted to 2 billion rubles in total are under consideration now. The funds will be allocated to the development of dairy cattle breeding”, - informed the minister.

Djambulat Khautov appreciated the work of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and expressed his hope for further fruitful cooperation with banks.
