Special attention is paid to farm-gate prices for milk in Tatarstan

Special attention is paid to the issue of farm-gate prices for milk in the Republic of Tatarstan. Specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan analyze the prices in different district of the republic every week. Due to the downturn in farm-gate prices on May 25 of the current year a session was held with participation of representatives of the largest milk processing enterprises and milk traders of the republic. Following the results of the session an agreement was concluded to stop reduction of farm-gate prices for milk in the summer. Beside this, it was recommended to purchase milk at the price not less than 18 rubles per kg.

As of July 27 of the current year, the highest price is in Nizhniy Kamsk municipal district – 19 rubles. In Alekseevskoe municipal district the price is 18.71 rubles, in Baltasi – 18.69 rubles, in Mamadysh – 18.65 rubles, in Agryz – 18.17 rubles.

At the same time, there are some districts where the prices are lower than 16 rubles. They are: Aznakaevo – 15.82 rubles, Almetyevsk – 15.74 rubles, Bugulma – 15.50 rubles, Menzelinsk – 15.46 rubles, Zelenodolsk – 15.38 rubles, Verkhniy Uslon – 15.00 rubles.
