Head of a peasant farm enterprise in the village of Satyshevo of Saby municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Mustafin is going to build a feeding platform with the capacity of 50 livestock animals. “I would like to expand business, - noted the head of the peasant farm enterprise. – As of today, there are 30 horses and 40 sheep in the enterprise”.
Beside this, the village businessman has a lot to do – Ainur Mustafin is Chairman at “Kaimak” agricultural cooperative, which unites 13 farmers. In 2016, the cooperative received a grant on the program called “Development of agricultural consumer cooperatives in the Republic of Tatarstan”. As the farmer said, the money received were invested into construction of a milk processing workshop and purchasing of necessary equipment. “This May we manufactured such products as quark, kefir and boiled fermented milk (ryazhenka) for the first time, - said Ainur Mustafin. – We sell dairy products in Kazan”.
