On May 23 2017, the International seminar called “Selection of rye is the best configuration of traditions and innovations” takes place in the FSBSI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The main topic for discussion is a modern state and research trends in the sphere of rye selection.

Specialists of the Russian academy of sciences, FSBSI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture”, Bashkiria State Agrarian University, as well as German scientists are going to give speeches on the forum. Beside this, the seminar program includes visits to experience fields of the institute in Laishevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
