Delegation from the Republic of Sakha arrived in Tatarstan

Today First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov met the delegation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the Palace of Agriculturalists. It was headed by Sergey Vinokurov – Head of Vilyuiskiy ulus (district).

Specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the SBI “Directorate for Bee keeping”, as well as representatives from Yakutia – Head of the Department of the Administrative Affairs “Vilyuiskiy ulus (district)”, Head of “The department of Agriculture”, Head of “The department of Engineering and Construction Directorate”, etc.

Sergey Vinokurov was the first to speak. He spoke on the state of agriculture in Yakuti. “We are the coldest region on the planet after Antarktida, - he emphasized. – That is why it is not easy to be engaged in agriculture”. Despite all the difficulties, AIC is constantly being developed. Cattle breeding complexes are being built, various kinds of vegetable crops are being cultivated. Horse breeding is of great importance.

First Deputy Minister Nikolai Titov noted that he was very happy about the visit of the delegation. After that, he spoke on the achievements in the sphere of agriculture. The guests could watch a film about the state and successes of Tatarstan AIC.

During the meeting, its participants discussed the possibilities of cooperation in bee keeping. Representatives of the SBI “Directorate for Bee Keeping” showcased their strengths to the guests. The delegation is going not only to go on excursions but also to visit Arsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan tomorrow.
