Tatarstan increased daily milk production by 200 tons

As of March 29 2017, the gross milk yield in Tatarstan was 3,462.8 tons, which was by 200.6 tons more than last year. 3,316.9 tons of milk were sold by agricultural enterprises of the republic in the last day. The average milk yield per cow was 14.8 kg.

The leading district in gross milk production among Tatarstan municipal districts is Kukmor. As of March 29 2017, 214 tons of milk (119%) were produced in agricultural enterprises here. Great contribution to milk production is made by agricultural enterprises of Atnya (191 tons, 120%), Baltasi (190.3 tons, 107%), Arsk (162.3 tons, 101%), Aktanysh (160 tons, 111%) and some other municipal districts of the republic.
