Snow retention is carried out by Tatarstan farmers

Snow retention is carried out on the fields of Tatarstan municipal districts. This measure allows to increase the deposit of moisture in deep soils, which improves crop yield.
In Aktanysh municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan snow retention is successfully carried out by OOO “Nur”, OOO “Naratly”, OOO “Tashkyn”, OOO “Agrofirm “Anyak”. As of today, snow retention is done on over 3,000 ha of fields.
