Labour conditions of animal breeders were amended in OOO “Ak Bars Kaibitsy”

Production rate of animal products is gaining pace in OOO “Ak Bars Kaibitsy” situated in the village of Murali in Kaibitsy municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The cattle population is 543 animals here, including 411 dairy cows. Cows are milked with the help of milking machines on the farm. Milk is transported through a milk pipeline into a milk section. According to the words of the chief zoo-technician, a mechanized fodder distributor has been purchased recently. “Labour conditions of specialists have become better, - said Chief Zoo-Technician Nail Gabdullin. – We have preserved enough fodder, the animal diet includes silage, forage, hay, haylage. The daily milk yield per cow is 16 liters”.

Specialists of mechanized milking work on the farm, they are: Rosa Sungatova, Raniya Khamidullia, Lyaisan Sabirova and Alexandra Minnulina. “The staff is friendly and hard-working. Despite of the fact that milk maids work hard, they love their work”, - noted the head of the farm Gulfiza Gilyazova.
