Tatarstan delegation is on a working trip in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Currently the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on a working trip in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The delegation consists of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, assistants of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gimatdinov and Kamil Iskhakov, Chief at the Agency of investment development of the Republic of Tatarstan Taliya Minullina, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Denis Valeev, etc.

The Republic of Tatarstan Delegation arrived at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on February 6. Today Rustam Minnikhanov has a number of official meetings with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques His Majesty King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al-Saud and Crown Prince Successor His Royal Highness Mukhammad bin Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al-Saud.

Beside this, Rustam Minnikhanov is going to discuss development of trade and economic relations with the minister of trade and investments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mr Madzhed Al-Kassabi and Secreatry General of Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Mr Abdellatyf Ben Rashid Al-Zaiyani.

The program of the working trip includes the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the directorate of the Saudi investment company SALIC.

On February 8 2017, Rustam Minnikhanov is visiting the city of Dzhidda, where meetings with the business establishment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Director General at the Organization of Islamic cooperation Dr Yusef bin Akhmad Al-Oseimin and the President of the Islamic Bank of Development Mr Bandar Khadzhar take place.
