Livestock wintering is an important period for cattle breeders. For example, in Mendeeleevsk municipal district great work is done not only in large agricultural enterprises but also in peasant farm enterprises. Thus, the head of a peasant farm enterprise Ilnur Khairiev from the village of Kamaevo built a feeding station for 70 animals. As of today, there are 150 cattle animals in this enterprise, including 50 dairy cows. Over 600 kg of milk are produced a day.

Great attention is paid to the technology of dairy cattle keeping, calving, breeding of young animals, also the livestock diet contains top quality fodder.
