Agricultural fairs in Kazan

Today agricultural fairs took place on 10 market places of Kazan. The market place situated on the crossing of Kulakhmetov and Vosstaniya Streets in Moscow district was inspected by First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov.

Agricultural producers from Buinsk municipal district, as well as AO “Ak Bars” Holding Company”, OOO “Maiskiy” Greenhouse Complex”, OOO “Chelny Broiler”, AO “Tatplodovostchprom”, OAO “Tatagroleasing”, etc. took part in the fair here. Totally, products amounted to 3.5 million rubles were brought to the market place, 51 vehicles were used.

A wide range of products was presented at the fair: meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, sugar, flour, grains, potato, etc.

“There are a lot of people at the fair. Almost all products have been sold out. Milk, flour, eggs, sugar and meat were in great demand”, - said Chief at the Land and Property Regulations Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Druzhin.

For reference. Summarizing the results of 13 agricultural fairs (from September 10 to December 3) in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and the village of Octyabrskiy of Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan agricultural producers presented products amounted to 810.5 million rubles in total, namely, 6,640 tons of potato, 1,232 tons of cabbage, 393 tons of carrot, 326 tons of beetroot, 2,226 tons of onion, 640 tons of beef, 329 tons of pork, 299 tons of poultry, 6,667,000 eggs, 757 tons of flour, 1,129 tons of sugar, 73 tons of cheese, 86 tons of fish, as well as 536 tons of all-mash.
