Marat Sadykov, the head of the peasant farm enterprise in Novosheshminsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been engaged in farming since 2001. Within this period of time production facilities have been renewed, the animal population has been increased.
Now there are 290 cattle animals, 49 horses and 90 sheep in the peasant farm enterprise.
“We have enough succulent and rough feed, as well as grain forage for successful cattle wintering”, - said Marat Sadykov.
Last year a new cow house for 120 animals was built in the enterprise.
“All our employees are hard-working, - says the head of the enterprise, - for example, Gulzida Minvafina, Fauziya Minnebaeva, Ruzilya Rakhmatullina, Firdausa Safina”.
Marat Sadykov supposes that the further development of the enterprise is possible owing to the improvement of the pedigree of milk cows and the increase of the horse population up to 120 animals.
According to the words of the head of the enterprises, there are great chances to live well in the village. “Nature is very beautiful here, environment is clean, there is gas, running water, good roads. It is only necessary to provide villagers with working places and stable salary”, - says Marat Sadykov.
