OOO “Narmonka” is finishing harvesting of cabbage

OOO “Narmonka” of Laishevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan is finishing harvesting of cabbage on the area of 50 ha. Only 5 ha with cabbage are left to be cleared. According to the words of Ilgiz Minnekaev, deputy director at the local directorate for agriculture, the average cabbage yield is 798 dt/ha.

This year the enterprise has grown carrot and beetroot on 30 ha each. 18.5 ha with carrot and 20 ha with beetroot are left to be harvested.

As of October 14 2016, the gross vegetable yield is 48,500 tons in Tatarstan enterprises, 1,600 ha with vegetables have been cleared (77% of the plan).
