Over 680,000 tons of sugar beetroot have been processed in Tatarstan sugar plants

Harvesting of sugar beetroot keeps going on in Tatarstan. As of October 13 2016, 1,714,100 tons of sugar beetroot have been harvested from 48,400 ha (77% of the plan).

929,400 tons of sugar beetroot have been distributed to Tatarstan sugar plants since the beginning of the season. On average 24,700 tons of sugar beetroot are processed in plants daily.

680,600 tons of sugar beetroot have been processed, 97,200 tons of sugar have been received, the sugar output is 14%.

In “Zainsk sakhar” 62,300 tons of sugar have been produced, in “Buinsk sakhar” – 25,000 tons, in “Nurlat sakhar” – 10,100 tons.
