Potato harvesting is about to finish in Tatarstan

Harvesting of technical crops keeps going on in Tatarstan. As of October 12 2016, 1,632,600 tons of sugar beetroot have been harvested from 46,800 ha (74%). The average crop yield is 349 dt/ha.

7,600 ha with potato have been cleared (95%). 130,600 tons of potato have been harvested at the average crop yield of 172 dt/ha.

1,200 ha of fields with vegetables have been cleared (57%). The gross vegetable yield is 36,900 tons.

226,000 tons of maize have been harvested from 70,500 ha (73%), the average crop yield is 32.1 dt/ha.

Sunflower has been thrashed on 72,900 ha (66%). 101,500 tons of oil seeds have been milled at the average crop yield of 13.9 dt/ha.
