A new poultry processing complex with the capacity of 144 tons per day in “Chelny broiler” ltd

“Chelny Broiler” ltd has started pre-commissioning activities in a new production complex on poultry processing with the production capacity of 144 tons per day or 49,500 tons per year. Launching of the complex is in November 1026. The new complex is one of the biggest plants among poultry enterprises in Russia. It will enable “Chelny Broiler” to enter the top ten biggest Russian producers of poultry of advanced processing. Increase of production capacities will also enable the enterprise to broaden the product range. The latter is planned to reach 300 articles. It is also planned to ramp up halal production.

“Launch of production will enable the enterprises to implement a number of interesting projects. First of all, it is the start of export. Today our products are in demand in the countries of South-Eastern Asia, the Persian Gulf, Iran, Morocco, etc. In April a delegation from the Kingdom of Bahrain visited the poultry complex. The delegation appreciated in value the level of technics in the complex and confirmed that halal products of “Chelny Broiler” enterprises fully corresponded all Islamic canons”, - said Director General at “Agrosila” company Svetlana Barsukova.

The total amount of investments into construction of the new complex has exceeded 3 billion roubles where over a half of them was used for the venue technics. Modern equipment of the leading international producers has been installed: Karl Schnell, Handtmann, Guenther, Alpina, Travaglini, Webomatic, Bizerba.the plant will be equipped with innovative thermoforming lines and automative clips. There also will be vacuum cutters, heat chambers and a modern packing house. The complex is going to reach its maximum production capacity by the end of 2017.
