Harvesting of technical crops keeps going on in Tatarstan

Harvesting of technical crops keeps going on in the republic. As of October 6 2016, 1,296,200 tons of sugar beetroot have been harvested from 38,500 ha (61% of the plan). The average crop yield is 336 dt/ha.

6,400 ha (81%) of fields with potato have been cleared. 117,800 tons of potato have been harvested at the average crop yield of 183 dt/ha.

800 ha (41%) of fields with vegetables have been cleared. The gross vegetable yield is 25,500 tons.

189,700 tons of maize have been milled from 58,800 ha (61%), the average crop yield is 32.3 dt/ha.

Sunflower has been thrashed on 48,200 ha (44%). 71,000 tons of oil seeds have been milled at the average crop yield of 14.7 dt/ha.
