About 22 tons of milk are produced every day in “Aksu Agro” ltd of Aksubaevo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

The population of cattle in “Aksu Agro” ltd. is over 3,500 heads, where 1,600 animals are dairy cows.

“We have experienced and skillful machine milking specialists, - said Ravil Musin, the head of the cattle breeding complex. – Every year they undertake professional training and twice a year - attestation. After theoretical and practical tests specialists of the Association of Tatarstan milk producers sum up the results. As a rule, their view is objective. Milkmaids are interested in good results because the status of “the 1st class specialist” provides monthly increase in salary in the amount of 2,000 roubles”.

Operators of machine milking Irina Almetkina, Larisa Fedoseeva, Inna Ilmurzina and Gulfiya Akhmetova arrive to work by 6 o’clock, their shift lasts to 6 p.m.

“We pull together and if necessary we help each other. After the shift we are at home for 2 days”, - said milkmaids.
