The President of the Republic of Tatarstan visited “CNH Industrial” – the plant on production of agricultural and construction Machinery and equipment

CNH Industrial – a plant on production of agricultural and construction machinery and equipment – was visited by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhannov today. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, Director General at “CNH Industrial Russia” company Fabrizzio Cheppolina, President Assistant of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Nafigin, etc.

It bears reminding that, today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan went on a business trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, within the framework of which he participated in the opening ceremony of the repaired road network in the industrial area, and also visited a number of production factories.

The joint-stock company of “KAMAZ” and “CNH Industrial” on production of agricultural machinery and equipment was established in 2010. The total amount of investments was 42 million USD. The project capacity is 2,500 tractors and 1,500 combines a year. The area of production venues is 55,000 square meters.

Company representatives told Rustam Minnikhannov that over 50 people work at the factory. Employees are provided with wage supplements, which include free meals, medical insurance, additional insurance against industrial accidents and injuries at home.

Rustam Minnikhannov examined new production processes, namely, metalworking production, painting production, welding, control testing. He was also reported that over 360 kind of components are produced at the factory.

After that the President of the Republic of Tatarstan visited the training center of CNH Industrial. It was opened in June, 2016. The aim of the center is to master the skills of operation and maintenance of machinery of such brands as New Holland Agriculture, Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland Construction and Iveco. It is planned that over 700 people will undergo training during the current year.
