A new production unit on meat processing is being built at “Chelny-Broiler” poultry factory

In March installation of equipment of a new production unit on meat processing started at “Chelny-Broiler” poultry factory.

Production capacity of the new unit is 144 tons per day, which is 49,500 tons per year. Modern equipment of leading international manufacturers was purchased for technological fitting of the unit. The factory will be fitted with innovative thermoforming machines, automatic injectors, vacuum meat cutters, heat chambers and modern packing room. In total new equipment is estimated at 1.4 billion roubles, which is 53% of the total amount of investments into construction of the factory. Expenditures are planned to be repaid by 2020.

The new production unit is a unique complex which unique in Russia. New modern automatic lines on production of finished commodities will be installed there: from traditional sausages, ready-cooked smoked sausages and semi-finished products to different kinds of marinades, delicacies and uncooked smoked products – over 300 kinds of products in total. The maximum production capacity of the unit is planned to be reached by 2018.
