Compensation for losses at oil exploratory activities was discussed in the Ministry

Yesterday, on May 30, 2016, a session was held in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was devoted to the issues of compensation for losses in agricultural production at exploitation of “TNG-Group” agricultural lands in Nurlat, Aksubaevo and Zainsk municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The session was chaired by Rishat Khabipov, Deputy Economy and Agricultural Reforms Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“TNG-Group” company is an oil exploratory enterprise which exploits lands for 2-4 weeks using the production technology that minimize the damage for harvest and soil.

At the conciliation commission, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan taxed and accepted the extent of damages in agricultural production for oil extracting companies, as well as for the category “other” with 1.1 index to the prices of 2015.

Following the results of the meeting between the representatives of “TNG-Group” company and agricultural producers, a preliminary agreement on the extent of compensation for losses in agricultural production at temporary land exploitation was reached.

In case of deep rutting on agricultural lands, calculation of expenses on biological recultivation will be carried out according to the Regulations on recultivation of exhausted lands which were elaborated by the Tatar Science and Research Institute for Oil.
