Organization of review contests of hay and forage equipment and feed storages was discussed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today a session took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, which was devoted to visiting of municipal districts for organization of review contests during the period from May 23 to May 27, 2016, on preparation of hay and forage equipment and feed storages for the season of 2016.

The following officials took part in the session: deputy ministers of agriculture and food of the republic of Tatarstan Talgat Tagirzyanov, Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, Nazip Khazipov, Rishat Khabipov, Marat Zyabbarov, specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the state Technical Surveillance of the Republic of Tatarstan, the FSBI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture”, the FSBI “Russian Agricultural Center”, the FSBI “Center of Agro-Chemical Service “Tatarskiy”, AIC enterprises, etc.

During the session, it was noted that commission specialists should have paid special attention to the readiness of mower tractors, hay and forage machines and other kinds of towed hay and forage machinery, as well as to the issues of labour health and safety, forage production and the measures to encourage mechanizers.

The winners of the contests will become 2 AIC enterprises of a municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, which will score the most.

Participants of the session also learnt the experience of fodder procurement in Leningrad Region and discussed the issues of protection of agricultural crops plantings.
