Spring sowing campaign started n 19 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan

As of today, the spring sowing campaign has started in 19 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. As of April, 19, in total 21,900 ha have been sowed with spring crops in the republic, where 18,200 ha have been sowed with spring grains.

The leading districts in sowing are Nurlat (3,907 ha), Zainsk (3,800 ha), Aznakaevo (2,850 ha) municipal districts.

Tatarstan farmers have also started sowing of the sugar beetroot. In Nurlat municipal district 680 ha have been sowed with this crop, in Zainsk municipal district - 200 ha, in Aksubaevo municipal district - 123 ha.

Top dressing of winter crops and perennial grasses keeps going on. As of April, 19, 282,700 ha with winter crops (49% from the plan) and 169,500 ha with perennial grasses (34% from the plan) have been dressed.
