Competitions within the framework of the regional championship “WorldSkills Russia” takes place in Kazan from April 7 through April 9

The regional championship “WorldSkills Russia” of the Republic of Tatarstan takes place in the exhibition center “Kazan Fair” from April 7 through April 9. The championship is held on 56 basic skills sets, juniors (JuniorSkills) will compete in 15 skills sets, 2 skills sets wills be put into practice within the framework of the contest “I am a master”.

The best young professionals will be defined following the results of 3 contest days. Competitions will be held in 6 pavilions and on the open air site of the exhibition center “Kazan Fair”. In pavilion 2 representatives of the skills sets “Tatar ashlary” and “Bakery skills” will compete, in pavilion 3 there will be the skills set “Veterinary”, on the open air site the skills set “Maintenance of agricultural machinery” will be held.

Following the results of the championship, Team the Republic of Tatarstan will be formed to participate in the semi-final and the final of the National championship “WorldSkills Russia”. The semi final in the Volga region federal district is held from April 13 through April 16 in Saransk (the Republic of Mordovia), the final is held in the Moscow region from May 23 through May 27, 2016.
