Over 400 agronomists of Tatarstan enterprises undertook professional training courses

In the current year, the agrarian service of the republic has the priority task to increase the profitability of agriculture by optimization of expenses, introduction of innovative technologies, as well as expansion of the lands with high margin crops (ripe, sunflower, soya, grain maize). Although these crops are not new for Tatarstan agronomists, the productiveness of farm households varies greatly.

With the aim hold professional training in the winter, training courses were organized in the FSBEI "Tatar Institute of Agro Business Personnel Development". Over 400 agronomists of Tatarstan enterprises undertook training. In Aktanysh and Baltasi municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan there was almost 100% attendance of agricultural specialists.

In some districts with a great need for professional training the attendance was not satisfactory. Thus, for example, out of 17 enterprises in Almetyevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan specialist from 4 AIC enterprises only undertook the training (24%), out of 9 enterprises in Bugulma municipal district - 4 (44%), out of 15 Vysokaya Gora municipal district - 7 (74%). According to the opinion of the specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, this is the evidence of not only a poor technological discipline but also administrative and management mistakes at enterprises of these districts and thus it requires more intensive work.
