Large milk yield is received in agricultural enterprises and farm households of Elabuga municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

In January 2016, 1,606 tons of milk (106%) were received in agricultural enterprises and farm households of Elabuga municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, the average milk yield was 445 kg per cow (+23 kg).

Among leading farm enterprises there is “Yash kuch” with the average January cow productivity of 604 kg of milk, “Agrofirma “Novy Yurash” with the average January cow productivity of 525 kg of milk, and “Kolos” with the average January cow productivity of 504 kg of milk.

“In this farm enterprises specialists increase cattle productivity owing to the balanced nutritious fodder. In “Yash kuch”, for example, beside traditional fodder farmers use biologically active additives. In “Novy Yurash” there is also a profound supply of fodder. In “Kolos” there is nutritious forage, too”, said Alexander Kosov, chief at production-economic department of the local directorate for agriculture and food.

As of today, in “Yash kuch” the average milk yield is 23 kg per day (+0.8 kg), in “Agrofirma “Novy Yurash” – 17 kg (+0.6 kg), in “Svetlaya dolina” – 16.2 kg (+3.4 kg).
