The state and development of agricultural production were discussed in Almetyevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov went on a business trip to Almetyevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Together with Airat Khairullin – the head of Almetyevsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan – Marat Akhmetov examined the performance of the family livestock breeding farm of the businesswoman Iya Ignatyeva.

Iya Ignatyeva and he husband Alexander Timofeev have been dealing with livestock breeding for 10 years already.

There are 76 livestock animals on the farm, including 52 milk cows. There is also a tractor to bring fodder for the animals, it was won on the program “Leasing-grant”. There is a slaughter house ear the farm.

Also the minister met the heads of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, chiefs of local directorates for agriculture and food. There was a session in the executive committee house of Almetyevsk municipal district, where the participants discussed the way to increase the agricultural production capacity and the prospects of development for the nearest future.

Marat Akhmetov told about the last year results, the rating of districts and farms for 2014-2015. He characterized each district and spoke on their reserves and opportunities to increase the profit from crop husbandry and livestock breeding.

At the session the participants shared their experience and discussed the ways to develop AIC and increase agricultural efficiency.
