Biological recultivation of damaged soil was discussed in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

A conciliation commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan took place on January 20.

Deputy Economy and Agricultural Reforms Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Rishat Khabipov, chiefs at departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexander Druzhin, Vitaliy Novichkov, Anis Zakirov, representatives of “Tatneft”, “Neftekonsortsium”, “TSAS Tatarskiy” took part in the event.

The following issues were discussed: extent of damages in agricultural production and extent of expenses for recultivation of damaged fertile soil at its temporary use for construction of roads, energetic venues and other buildings.

It was decided to set a 10% indexation in terms of the average amount of damages in agricultural production in 2015 and to set the amount of expenses for biological recultivation of damaged fertile soil in 2 ways: with the sowing of perennial grasses and without it but with the enhanced amount of organic fertilizers.

Within the framework of the session the minutes of the conciliation commission were took, and they will be sent to chiefs of local directorates for agriculture and food with the aim to clear payments of agricultural producers in 2016 concerning losses in agricultural production and expenses for biological recultivation of damaged soil.
