Marat Akhmetov met heads of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan

Yesterday, on January 19, a session took place in the culture center of Apastovo municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, where the issues of agricultural production and the prospects of its development in the nearest future were discussed.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, deputy miisters, heads of Apastovo, Buinsk, Verkhniy Uslon, Kaibitsy, Dorzhzhanoe, Zelenodolsk, Kamskoe Ustye and Tetyushi municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, director general at “Holding company “Ak Bars” Ivan Egorov, chiefs of local directorates for agriculture and food took place at the session.

There was a round table discussion devoted to the state of Tatarstan AIC.

Marat Akhmetov told about successful experience, results of the previous year and tasks for 2016.

“We had a rather successful year – we managed to provide increase in agricultural production by 5%, including the sphere of crop growing with the increase of 10% and livestock breeding with the increase of 5%”, said the minister of agriculture and food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2016 we set the task to increase production output and marketability of crop growing products, noted the minister.

At the session the participants shared their experience and discussed the ways to increase the agricultural production efficiency.
