Reporting back meeting of “Elite Tatarstan seeds” Association members took part in Tatar Institute of Agricultural Business Personnel Development

Last week a reporting back meeting of the members of “Elite Tatarstan seeds” Association took place in Tatar Institute of Agrobusiness Personnel Development.

The following officials took part in the meeting: deputy minister of agriculture and food of the republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of arable farming Ildus Gabdrakhmanov, director general of “Elite Tatarstan Seeds” association Yuriy Titov, director of the FSBSI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture” Marsel Tagirov, branch director deputy at the FSBI “Rosselkhozcenter” in the republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin, directors and experts of seed-production farms.

Records of the association, as well as signing and re-registering of licensed contracts were examined at the meeting.

“It is necessary to patch up relations with the aim to distribute the seeds produced in the republic to other regions, it is also vital to provide competitive prices”, noted Ildus Gabdrakhmanov.

In 2015 new memberswere included into the association, they are: directors of agricultural company “Tatarstan” in Vysokaya Gora municipal district Rinat Abbazov, “Toyma” in Kukmor municipal district Ryazap Galiev, “Gigant” in Tukayevo municipal district Rif Imamov, “Zaikovsky” in Menzelinsk municipal district Radik Fattakhov, and director of a peasant farm enterprise in Muslyumovo municipal district Niyaz Avzapov.

Within the framework of the meeting the winners in the contest “The best seed-production farm of the year” were also announced. The 1st prize was awarded to “Irek” in Tukayevo municipal district, the 2nd prize was given to “Kiyatskoye” in Buinsk municipal district, and the 3rd prize was given to “Korsinskiy MTS” in Arsk municipal district.

A number of regulatory documents were adopted: provisions “Seed market operators” and “Revision commission”, regulations on affiliation of legal and physical persons into “Elite Tatarstan seeds” Association, regulations of relations and mutual payments between association members and the directorate for the following year. Also basic activities for 2016 and ways to increase agricultural production efficiency were discussed at the meeting.
