In the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan commission suggested agricultural varieties for regional assignment 2016

Yesterday a session on agricultural variety regional assignment headed by Ildus Gabdrakhmanov – deputy minister of agriculture and food of the republic of Tatarstan, - was held in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The following officials took part in the session: Marsel Tagirov – director of the FSBSI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture”, rafis Khabibullin – director deputy of the branch at the FSBI “Rosselkhozcenter” in the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Turnin – director of the branch at the FSBI “State Variety Commission” in the Republic of Tatarstan, Yuriy Egorov – director general of the association “Elite seeds of Tatarstan”, Saidash Israfilov – director general of “Raps” company, specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, scientists of the FSBSI “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture”, heads of the state variety plots, skilled workers of agricultural enterprises.

Sergey Turnin, head of the branch of the FSBI “State Variety Commission” in the Republic of Tatarstan, made a report on testing of agricultural varieties.

Every year 27 agricultural varieties are tested in Tatarstan.

Following the results of the session, the commission suggested the following varieties for regional assignment 2016: winter rye (“Tallovskaya 44”, “Podarok”), winter wheat (“Lgovskaya 4”), spring wheat (“Khayat”), oat (“Stipler”), pea (“Kaban”, “Fodder Usaty”).
