Tatarstan farmers get subsidies

Not only those who keep cows but also those who keep goats on their farms can count on the state support. A subsidy of 1,000 rubles per goat is given to the owners of Tatarstan farms with goats, who had registered their goats in local administration committees until of July 1, 2015.

According to the specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, 28 million 447 thousand rubles are given to farmers as of today. The biggest goat population is in the following municipal districts of the republic: Almetyevsk (1,308), Nizhniy Kamsk (1,211), Tukaevo (1,181), Kukmor (1,019).
