Technical crops harvesting keeps going on in Tatarstan

As of September 29, 2015, 202,200 tons of potato have been harvested from 8,600 ha in the republic. The average crop yield is 236 dt/ha.

Some municipal districts of Tatarstan have finished harvesting. These are Kukmor, Laishevo, Nurlat, Menzelinsk, Saby, Pestretsy Almetyevsk and Tyulyachi municipal districts.

1,003,600 tons of sugar beet have been harvested from 29,500 ha in the republic, the average crop yield is 340 dt/ha.

In Sarmanovo municipal district sugar beet has been harvested from 4,900 ha, in Zainsk municipal district – from 4,000 ha. The best crop yield is in Zainsk municipal district – 410 dt/ha. In Tukaevo municipal district there is also a good harvest of this crop – 389 dt/ha.

500 ha with corn, 39,200 ha with ripe, 9,100 ha with sunflower have been thrashed in the republic. 2,000 tons of corn, 43,900 tons of ripe, 14,800 tons of sunflower have been milled.
