Contest “Grow the biggest pumpkin” will take place within the framework of the exhibition “Green husbandry: autumn” in Kazan

From September 23 through September 27 2015, the 17th specialized exhibition “Green husbandry: autumn” takes place on the territory of the exhibition center “Kazan Fair”.

Every year over 20,000 specialists in the spheres of flower gardening, horticulture, landscape design, as well as amateur gardeners, owners of country houses, city business elite, residents and guests of the Tatarstan Republic come to see displays of the exhibition.

Over 100 companies from Russia and CIS countries will present a wide range of useful commodities for gardens, namely winter planting stock, as well as commodities and services to provide necessary facilities to garden plots and country houses in autumn, etc.

This year a contest named “Grow the biggest pumpkin” is planned to be held within the framework of the exhibition. To participate in the contest one must bring a pumpkin, grown by oneself, to the exhibition center “Kazan Fair” from September 21 through September 23. On September 23, on the first day of the exhibition, at 5 p.m. winners will be defined by weighing (the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places).
