The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan: record of big investors in cattle breeding for 7 months of 2015

371,400 tons of milk (105%, compared with the last year level) have been produced and 71,200 tons of livestock (100%) have been bred in Tatarstan for 7 months of 2015.

Milk production growth is 5% (+26,714 tons) in the republic. The biggest increase in the milk yield is in the AIC “Prodovolstvennaya programma” (+6,466 tons), and “Agroholding “Krasny Vostok” (+5,575 tons). The milk yield has decreased in “Karmaly” of Nizhniy Kamsk municipal district (685 tons), “Prostor” Polimeks” (528 tons), “Organic Group” (333 tons), “Avangard” (95 tons).

The milk yield per cow is 2,849 kg (+112 kg, compared with the last year level). The biggest productiveness of a milking herd is in the AIC “Prodovolstvennaya programma” of Mamadysh municipal district – 5,648 kg, “Kulon” – 4,091 kg, and the strategic business unit named after Rakhimov – 3,949 kg. The average milk yield per cow in the republic is 3,000 kg.

A cattle meat increase is 2%, pork production has decreased by 2%. The proportion of pork in the overall production of meat is 44,300 tons (62%), the proportion of beef is 26,900 tons (38%).

Livestock and pig population is on the last year leveling the republic.

There is an increase in livestock production in the following enterprises: “Soyuz-Agro” - +5%, “Menzelinskiye zori” and “Kulon” - +4%, “Organic Group” and “Set ile” - +3%, “Holding Company “Ak Bars” and “Bakhetle Agro” –+2%.

91,700 heads of calves (100%) have been produced in the republic, the increase for July is 1%. Pig population has decreased by 1%, compared with the last year level, during the last month it is on the level of the previous year. The best results in this sphere are in “Kulon” (117%), “Soyuz-Agro” and “Chelny Khleb” (111%), “Bakhetle Agro” of Nizhniy Kamsk municipal district (108%).
