Session with participation of directors of breed livestock farms took place in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan

A session on the track record for 7 months of 2015, headed by the 1st Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the participation of directors of republican breed livestock farms took place in the Ministry yesterday, on August 12.

Ilsur Zakirov, head of “Chief Public Agricultural Administration for Pedigree Livestock Breeding at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan”, spoke on the main issues of the agenda. He analyzed the work of the livestock breeding service as well as each breed livestock farm and emphasized the necessity for them to meet all the requirements.

Marat Dusaev presented a project “E-herd”. Prof. Shamil Shakirov, Doctor of Agricultural Science at Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture, gave a speech on animal feeding.

Following the results of the session, Nikolai Titov encharged specialists of pedigree livestock breeding with a number of tasks, with the aim to increase the quality of work and to keep on pedigree records on farms. He also set directors of agricultural enterprises short-term tasks.
