Tatarstan delegation headed by Ildar Khalikov is taking part in agricultural exhibition “Volga Region Day of Field”

Tatarstan delegation headed by Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov is taking part in the agricultural exhibition “Volga Region Day of Field” in Nizhni Novgorod Region. The deledation also includes Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republicof Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, directors and specialists of big agro-industrial holdings and AIC enterprises of the republic, such as “Ak Bars holding”, “Maiski”, “Pestrechinka”, Chief Veterinary Directorate of the Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, “Biopreparaty”, “Tatar Science and Research Institute for Agriculture of the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences”, Association of Tatarstan Farmers and Peasant Farm Households, “Rosselkhozcenter”, Directorate of the Russian Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, peasant farm household “Yagodnaya Dolina”, agro-industrial park “Kazan”, Tatpotrebsoyuz, etc.

24 AIC enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in total take part in “Volga Region Day of Field”. They placed displays on 850 square meters of the exhibition area.

Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev took part in the opening ceremony of the agricultural exhibition “Volga Region Day of Field 2015” in Nizhni Novgorod Region. “It is much more difficult to be engaged in agricultural production in Russia in comparison with many European countries – due to weather and climatic conditions. We should bear this fact in mind for 24 hours a day and avoid wasting the time. It was long ago when the state applied to the peasant and set a political task – to feed the nation. To implement the task we need large investments both from the government and the business community. We realize that we need to do a lot, to work hard”, - emphasized Alexander Tkachev, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
