The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation allocates 900 million rubles to support the projects on integrated facilities development for space-saving building in the rural area. In 2015 within the framework of the federal special purpose program “Sustainable development of rural territories for 2014-2017 and for the period until 2020” the measures to support complex facilities development for space-saving building will be taken in 25 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The funds from the federal budget are allocated under the conditions of co-financing by the regions of the Russian Federation. According to the contracts on subsidies allocation concluded with constituent entities of the Russian Federation, 17 projects are planned to be finished in 2015.
The projects represent complex facilities development for space-saving building in relation to the agricultural venues being under construction or newly-built ones and include the following: engineering preparation of a site for building (electricity supply, gas supply, water supply, etc.); construction (reconstruction) of social and cultural venues (infant schools, general education institutions, dispensary health units, general practitioners’ offices, cultural-leisure institutions and organizations, sport venues and sites), provision of street lighting, construction of roads and pavements, planting.
“The work of AIC administration to implement the projects of comprehensive development since 2009 is especially worth mentioning in Ryazan region, republics of Bashkortostan, Mordoviya, Tatarstan, Chuvashiya, Sakha (Yakutiya)”, - noted Dmitry Toropov, Director of the Department for Agriculture Development and Social Policy.
