International Days of Field in the Volga Region 2015 – innovative site for agro-business professionals

Today the AIC of Russia has a great task to become the main economic driver of Russian regions and to provide foodstuff independence within the strategy of food safety of the Russian Federation.

The increase of competitiveness of Russian agricultural products on international and domestic markets, import substitution, creation of favourable environment for the development of entrepreneurship, the increase of agricultural attractiveness in terms of investments are the key factors of the development for Russian agriculture.

For the first time in Russia, decisions of the most important agricultural problems will be discussed on the innovative business platform within the framework of European “Day of Field” at the exhibition-forum “International Days of Field in the Volga Region”. The Exhibition-forum takes place on June 24-26 2015 not far from Kazan – the capital city of the Republic of Tatarstan – on the fields of the Tatar Agricultural Scientific and Research Institute. The organizing parties of the exhibition-forum are: the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the German Agricultural Association (DLG), “Kazan Fair”, IFWexpo Heidelberg GmbH. “International Days of Field in the Volga Region” are organized with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan. “International Days of Field in the Volga Region” are the project of the federal importance with the task to promote the development of Russian AIC.

Within the framework of the exhibition Russian and European companies will present modern production and technologies in the spheres of crop growing, cattle breeding, agricultural machinery and equipment. The characteristic feature of the project is the demonstration of products working on fields. Exhibitors will also have an opportunity to participate in the event both in campus (open air) and in pavilions.
