Dear veterans of the Great Patriotic War and workers of the home front!

On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and on my own behalf I congratulate you to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War!

The Victory Day is dear to everybody and loved by everyone, it is a sorrowful but at the same time a bright holiday. This great day is an imperishable memory of the strength and courage, heroism and firm will of our grandparents. 70 years ago last salvos hammered away. Your generation had to endure all the difficulties of the murderous war and the post-war period of our country revival. You passed all these honourably, showed how to love the motherland, gave the example of strong character and will.

Year after year there are less and less veterans. However our memory and the feeling of gratitude for all you have done for us are not getting weaker. Our society admires you and is proud of your immortal act of bravery.

We pay our deep respects and are grateful to villagers who worked on fields and farms, in private harm households, providing the front with food, doing utmost for the sake of the Great Victory. Your act of bravery is written with golden letters in the history of our motherland.

Obeisance and profound gratitude to you for everything you have done for the country. On the Victory Day I would like to wish you, our veterans, strong health, attention and care of your relatives, joy and kindness! Thank you for the Victory! We wish you lived long, healthy and wealthy!
