Alexander Tkachev is appointed to the position of the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation

The President adopted an ordinance “About the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation”.

The ordinance says:

According to item “д” of article 83 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and item 9a of article 19 of the Federal law №184-ФЗ dated by October 6 1999 “About the basic principles of organization of legislative and executive branches of the government of the Russian Federation constituent entities”, I resolve:

1. To appoint Alexander Tkachev to the position of the minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation, having accepted his resignation from the position of the governor of the Krasnodar Territory of his own volition.

2. The ordinance enters into force on signature.

It is worth mentioning that Nikolai Fedorov was appointed to the position of the counsellor to the President of the Russian Federation.
