Daily milk production in Tatarstan is 3,197 tons

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, by April 1 the gross milk production has made up 3,197 tons per day, which is by 138.7 tons (5%) more that it was last year.
The leaders among the milk yield are Baltasi (167.9 tons), Kukmor (162.7 tons), Arsk (158.5 tons) and Mamadysh (148.1 tons) municipal districts.
By the beginning of the current month the increase of milk yield has made up 166.9 tons.
The biggest average milk yield per cow is in Atnya (19.7 kg), Mamadysh (18.2 kg), Saby (17.8 kg) and Kaibitsk (17.8 kg) municipal districts.
