Tatarstan delegation on a working visit in the Kurgan Region

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Kurgan on one-day working visit.

The governor of the Kurgan Region Aleksey Kokorin, the chairman of Kurgan region duma Vladimir Khabarov and other officials met Rustam Minnikhanov at the airport.

During the business trip the Tatarstan President is visiting “Sintez” - the enterprise producing medicine, “Kurganstalmost” – the company manufacturing steelworks for bridge frameworks, and the Russian scientific center “Corrective traumatology and orthopedics” named after G.A. Ilizarov” of the Russian Ministry of Healthcare.

It is also planned to meet the non-governmental organization “Tatar Congress of the Kurgan Region”.

The Agreement on trade and economic, research and development, social and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kurgan Region is expected to be signed.

The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan consists of the following officials: Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov, Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan Adel Vafin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, etc.
