Daily milk production in Tatarstan is 2,976.8 tons

According to the recent data of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, by February 17 the daily gross milk production has made up 2,976.8 tons, which is by 141.8 tons (5%) more than it was last year.

The leaders among milk production are Baltasi (164.0 tons), Kukmor (156.0 tons), Arsk (152.0 tons) and Mamadysh (147.5 tons) municipal districts.

By the beginning of the current month the growth in milk yield was 71.8 tons.

The average daily milk yield per cow is the biggest in Atnya (19.3 kg), Mamadysh (18.8 kg), Saby (17.1 kg), Baltasi (16.8 kg) and Kukmor (16.7 kg) municipal districts.
