Bakery fair in the agro-industrial park Kazan

Today, on January 31, a fair of bakery has been held in the agro-industrial park Kazan. 15 Tatarstan producers presented their products, they are: “Kazan bread-baking plant #2”, “Kazan bread-baking plant #3”, “Bakery and confectionary complex”, “Vasilyevo bread-baking plant”, “Zelenodolsk bread-baking complex”, “Ikmek”, “Chistopol bread-baking plant”, “Yelabuga bread-baking plant”, “Khleb”, “Kolos”, “Kama plus”, “Buinsk bread-baking plant”, “Khuzangayevsky”, “Zolotoy Kazan”, “Essen production AG”, “Nafis Bio-product”.

A wide range of products included not only bakery but also confectionary, pasta, grits, mayonnaise, ketchup, jam, kvas.

The organizators from the agro-industrial park Kazan offered guests of the fair to taste a wide range of bakery produced in a local bakery shop: there were about 6 kinds of bread, corn, shortbread and oatmeal cookies, sweet rolls and dried biscuits. Everything was fresh out of the oven.

Among the guests of the event there were: the 1st Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Titov, Chief of the Food Market Development Department Yevgeny Restchikov; they did not miss a participant of the fair and tasted the products with great pleasure.

It is worth mentioning that agricultural fairs were held at 8 different sites. They were inspected by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov.
