170,000 Tons of Poultry Were Produced in Tatarstan During a Year

For the first time since 80s 170,000 tons of poultry have been produced during a year in Tatarstan, which is 104% in comparison with the level of 2013, as reported Director General of “Tatptitseprom” Mars Aliev.

16,500 tons of poultry (119%) were delivered for consumers during December, which is also a record.

802 million of eggs (104%) were delivered to Tatarstan retail outlets for 2014. In December 72 million of eggs were produced (111%).

In total, poultry population in Tatarstan has made up 13.2 million, which corresponds to the last year level.
