Tatarstan delegation in Slovenia

Yesterday a delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in the capital of Slovenia – Ljubljana – on a working visit.

On the delegation there was the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republiv of Tatarstan – the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia in the Republic of Slovenia Docku Zavgayev met the delegation at the international airport.

After having arrived in Ljubljana, the delegation visited a concert of Tatarstan masters of the arts (“Grand Hotel Union” concert hall).

Special guests of the event were the Chairman of Slovenia State Council Mitya Bervar, the Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia in the Republic of Slovenia Docku Zavgayev.

The following meetings were planned according to the program of the 2-day working visit of the delegation (December 15-16, 2014): negotiations with the Chairman of Slovenia State Council Mitya Bervar, the Minister of Economic Development and Technologies of the Republic of Slovenia Zdravko Pochivalshek, etc.

Moreover, it is expected that the Tatarstan delegation will negotiate with the Chairman of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Samo Khribar-Milich, as well as will take part in a slovenian-tatar business forum.
